Dr Manhattan vs Slender Man

This is a fight that's been in my head for a while. According to some, Slender Man is a being that simply can't be killed due to his otherwordly powers. However, Dr. Manhattan is a master of all matter. He can simply snap his fingers and something explodes. In a fight, I'd give it to Doc. Slender Man relies on fear, which is something Dr. Manhattan dosen't posses for the most part. Plus, given Doc's powers, Slendy may have met his match.
