The next day, Natasha is back at S.H.I.E.L.D. HQ., where the entire organization is attempting to track Godzilla. Tony, who has since returned with Bruce and T'Challa, is also helping out to find the monster. He's working at his own computer as the automatic doors slid open behind him. He turns to see Natasha walking in.

Natasha: Stark, you got anything?

Tony: Yep. We've got one sighting. In Hawaii, around 60 miles to the north. One witness said, "An enormous reptile rose out of the sea." Sound familiar?

Natasha: Looks like our old lizard friend is back. Where's he going now?

Tony: Well, according to these readings, if he keeps going in his current path, he'll be here by morning. Five bucks says he isn't here to send condolences for Selvig or just to see us.

With that, Tony and Natasha now know that he is coming to New York for a reason. They also remember their first encounter with him.

Natasha: By tomorrow? How fast can he be?

Tony: If I had to take any guesses, around 40 knots.

Natasha: Not bad.

Tony: Well, big guys can move fast. Ant Man and the Hulk can confirm that for you.

Natasha: But he's bigger than both of them.

Tony: Regardless, we need to be ready this time. The last incident didn't go over so well.

Natasha: I take it that we need to prepare the other Avengers?

Tony: Would be a good idea. I'll try to contact Thor, since he's still with Jane and Darcy.

Natasha: Right. Speaking of the Avengers, Janet said she had a nightmare last night.

Tony: Of what?

Natasha: She told me that it was of a dragon or something like one destroying China. You don't think it would have to do with Godzilla?

Tony: Either that, or those recent monster sightings and attacks in China.

Natasha: Excuse me?

Tony: You didn't hear? There was an attack in China, and reports do claim that whatever attacked them was very dragon-like in appearance. To make things worse, that thing could also be heading here, like Godzilla. You know where this is going if it does show up.

In another hallway of HQ, Agents Coulson and Hill are looking at the pictures of the attack Tony had mentioned.

Hill: This is horrific. Anyone have any ideas of what did this?

Coulson: Yeah, we do. According to most eyewitnesses, it was a monster attack. The monster was similar to that of a dragon.

Hill: Do we have any of those eyewitness reports?

Coulson: We do. There was a farmer that first witnessed it waking up.

He hands her the eyewitness report from the farmer and his family, obviously translated to English.

Hill: What in the...

She reads it over, reading the farmer's report on it. It goes on describing when the monster first appeared, its attack and the destruction it left in its path.

Coulson: It seems like our standard monster attack. The family lost their farm to it. Others lost their lives. The worst part of it is that they tried to defend themselves and failed.

Hill: We are looking to help find this thing, correct?

Coulson: Yes. As you know, the other agents are looking to find not only this monster, but Godzilla as well.

Hill: Don't tell me he's back.

Coulson: I'm afraid so, Maria. Commander Fury ordered that we do our best to track both. Stark has already found one of them.

Hill: Godzilla.

Coulson: Yes. We can only try to find the other monster and prevent any other attacks.

The two leave the room to help the other agents in their search.

In Illinois, a young couple, Nicole and Dane, are lying on their bed, in each other's arms, sweet talking to each other and kissing.  Then, the sound of their dog barking fills the house.

Nicole: One second, babe.

She gets up and heads downstairs to the door and opens it, only to have their dog, Tyrone, run in, seemingly panicked.

Nicole: What's with you?

She then hears a low growl outside.

Before she walks out, a dead cow drops in front of her, with the blood splatting on her clothes. She then looks up to see Bagan, with his mouth opened with teeth covered in red. He sees her and lunges to attack her.

Back at S.H.I.E.L.D. HQ, a vehicle that belongs to Ross slows to a stop, and on the roof are large pair double-cylinders with the caps on each end sliding open. A technician is with Ross to help with the items.

Technician: Okay, the D-3's are ready for practical application, but the NT-20 mirrors are not perfected. Don't get me wrong, they're ready for use, but they're not perfect yet.

Ross: I get that. Get them ready if that's the case.

Technician: You mean, like in one day?

Ross: If that's possible.

Technician: It's not.

Ross: Well, at least try. How much damage can this cause anyways?

Technician: To put it simply, the D-3's have enough fire power that would send any building into flames. A literal Napalm. The other ones, the NT-20's, are just experimental. There are at least three prototypes, so we could try to build at least two more in whatever time we have. On the flipside of that, we only have the principle perfected. We can't be sure how well they can perform or how much they can take.

Ross: Okay, then. These things are designed to do what, again?

Technician: Since you asked, the D-3's have drill-tipped warheards that can burrow into the target before blowing up. With this, we can dig into either monster's skin, and, hopefully, absorb the attack's energy and reflect it back at them.

Ross: In other words, it'll kill them or injure them severely?

Technician: Thing is, we don't know how much these things can take, or even how much it can reflect . What's worse is that we don't know how powerful the monsters' attacks are.

Ross: So, I guess it's safe to say that we are not ready.

Technician: With all due respect, general, Godzilla has been gone for years and this new monster was only recently discovered. We don't know its attacks or if Godzilla has any more he can use. To add to that, we don't know if we can penetrate their hides. To put it simply, we have next to nothing on them.

Ross: Look. There are two giant monsters in this world, and one is headed on his way here as we speak. We'll prepare ourselves, even if we have to use the most extreme weapons on the city.

He turns away from the concerned technician.

Technician: General, are you planning on using a bomb on the city of New York?

Ross: We'll get these S.H.I.E.L.D. guys to call for an evacuation, then we'll hit him as soon as he rises out of the sea. Besides that, I can't say anything more other then we're exploring any other possibilities.

He walks away from the lab, leaving the technician to think this thing over.
The 4th chapter of EMH: Godzilla vs. Bagan. For those wondering as to why the couple didn't notice Bagan, given his size, there's a reason for that. Remember, he has all abilities from the scrapped film projects and the ones in the game. One does include shape shifting, which means he can disguise himself as any type of creature or animal.
