Edvengers 8: Alien War Ch 5: The Pyrnoite Fleet

The Pyronite general aims his gun at Gwen, and fires. To his surprise, she deflects it back at him.

Gwen: I'll give one last chance. Leave now.

Alan: Gwen?

She turns to see Alan, in his human form.

Gwen: Alan?

Alan: What happened to you? You have magic powers.

Gwen: I've always had magic powers, but that incident a few months back enhanced them some how. Why are you here? I thought you went to their planet.

Pyronite solider: Enough of this!

He uses a fire blast at Gwen, only for her to dodge it.

Gwen: K.N.D., you know the drill!

They aim their 2x4 weapons at tehm and begin firing at the race of aliens. This does succeed in knocking to the solider to his knees. But he grabs a staff from their weapon box and uses to send a shock wave to send the two away from him and into the trees.

Gwen, in anger, dives for him.

Alan: Gwen, wait!

The solider grabs her by her head and slams her downward to the ground. She fells the fire's heat but doesn't get burned. The solider raises his staff to finish the job. Alan turns into his pyronite form.

Pyrnoite solider: So, this is a human you find so impressive? An Edvenger, perhaps. If that's the case, I hope the others are actually a challenge.

K.N.D. Agent: Numbah 86? We've been scanning the pyronite ship.

A warning in their ship goes off, preparing to launch an attack.

Numbah 86: How many attacks are heading our way?

The computer shows the number 4000.

K.N.D. Agent: Wait. We just got word they're calling it off.

Numbah 1: But why?

Numbah 86: It's not a good sign, Nigel. They're switching to something. I hope Gwen is having better luck. In fact, get her on speaker.

K.N.D. Agent: Uh, no good. No one from that team is responding.

Numbah 86: Well, that's worse.

The computer then shows "Incoming teleportation coming in. Shields unable to deflect.

As if to answer to that, three pyronites show up.

Pyrnoite: Attack!

Back on Earth, things aren't looking good either. The soldier makes his way to Peach Creek with the ship close behind him. Citizens panic and run away.

Pyrnoite soldier: Citizens of the planet Earth. I've come to offer you two options: Option 1: Surrender and become part of our army. Or option 2: Be destroyed. You have a few minutes to decide.

The citizens try to decide, but he makes another announcement.

Pyronite solider: Time is up. Your answer now.

Eddy: Sorry, we're late. What were those options again?

He turns to see Eddy flying in his suit with a jet behind him, Edzilla and "Kevin" inside.

Pyronite soldier: I take it that you represent the planet, correct?

Eddy: Not really. But we do represent Peach Creek Jr. High.

Pyronite soldier: Then surrender this planet to ours and you all may live.

Eddy: Just who do you think you are, pal?

"Kevin": Who cares. They're hostile aliens. Take them out!

Edzilla notices an unhappy Alan with them.

Edzilla: Alan?

Eddy: Alan? Just what the heck is going on?

Alan: I'll explain later. Just go along with this.

"Kevin" looked at him in confusion and anger, nearly revealing his true identity to the others. He doesn't and steps forward.

"Kevin": Edvengers, get them!

Eddy: Kevin, wait a minute!

It's  too late and the pyrnotes fire away.

Alan: Stop that!

Gwen suddenly flies in and tackles him to a building.

Eddy: Oh well.

He flies to the soldier, who tries to swing the staff at him, but Eddy dodges the attack.

"Kevin": Edzilla, I've got this one. Just go help Eddy.

Edzilla: Right-o.

The monster joins in the fight.

Pyrnoite leader: You run from a battle? I always knew this species is weak.

Eddy: There's these things called plans and strategies. Edzilla will now gladly explain ours.

The monster roars and tackles the solider to the ground, unhurt by the flames on the alien's body. The soldier knocks him off and then brings the costumed beast to the ground. He prepares to attack, not noticing Edzilla's tail next to his legs. The alien is tripped and he drops the weapon.

Alan: Gwen, I thought you were in trouble.

Gwen: I was. But I fell out of it and they went after you.

Alan sits there to think about that.

Gwen: Any ideas now? They're your race. Mostly, anyways.

Alan: You need to get the Edvengers to stop.

Gwen turns to him in shock.

Gwen: Why?! That's insane!

Alan: They told me more are coming. They're waiting on the soldier's signal.

On the main ship, the captain of the fleet awaits that signal.

Captain: Report now.

A small soldier walks up to him.

Soldier: No word from our fleet on Earth. But we have had luck in another ship here in space.

On board that ship, Numbahs 1 and 86 hide behind a locked door with the other operatives.

Numbah 1: We can't just run and hide! We need to do something!

Numbah 86: Any ideas, genius?!

He thinks over any possible plan to get them out of the situation. They then here the leader say something.

Pyrnoite: Okay, Space Ghost. We can't access the A.I. from our own ship. This is where you come in.

Space Ghost: If you think I'll help alien scum like you, then you're crazy.

They all then aim their weapons at him

Space Ghost: Very well.

In around 20 seconds, Space Ghost manages to gain the ship's A.I., confusing both Numbahs 1 an 86.

Pyrnoite: We have control now. Once that soldier of yours gives the signal, we'll turn the human's station against their own planet.

Numbah 86 (sarcastically): Oh, great.

She tries to radio in Gwen. She has success this time around.

Numbah 86: Gwen, if you can hear me, we have a big problem up here.

Gwen: I can here you. What is it?

Numbah 86: The pyronites some how managed to turn the ship into a weapon against the planet from the ship. A soldier down there will give the signal. Find him and stop him from doing so.

Gwen looks over to see the soldier fighting the Edvengers.

Alan: I'll help you with this. I can match his powers.

Gwen: Well, fight fire with fire like I always say.

She flies up to the soldier and tackles him before he can attack Eddy.

Gwen: So, you're the one to give that signal, huh? You want us to give up? Your turn. You give up!

Edzilla: Does she honestly think that'll work?

Eddy: Can't hurt to try.

Pyrnoite soldier: I always knew this species was arrogant. I've come to the conclusion you're unworthy to join our empire.

The four just look at each other as he makes the call.

Pyronite solider: Pyrnoite forces. I've made the final decision. Eliminate every speck of life from this planet.
