Description
Fan poster for Man of Steel 2, in the style of Zack Snyder's previous superhero team film "Watchmen". This was a project I've been wanting to do ever since the rumors of Wonder Woman (true), Nightwing (maybe) and Flash (maybe) were joining the film alongside Batman and Superman. It's obvious that since Gal Gadot was recently cast in the role of Wonder Woman that the character will appear in the film. Though Nightwing and Flash aren't confirmed, but it's a possibility, I put them here, played by Ezra Miller and Grant Gustin. Here's how the cast on the poster lines up with the Watchmen poster:
Superman-Dr. Manhattan: Both being the most powerful of the members, and has abilities that exceed the others considerably.
Batman-Rorschach: Both use blunt force, though Batman never goes to the extents Rorschach does, and do have gruff voices.
Lex Luthor-Ozymandias: The two are seen as good, but both have the fall from grace and turn into antagonists to the others.
Nightwing-Nite Owl: Have a close friendship with Batman and Rorschach, and have similar fighting styles.
Wonder Woman-Silk Spectre: The females of the group.
Flash-Comedian: The jokers of the groups, but it's obvious that Flash never goes the lengths Comedian does.
I wasn't going to post this until after Christmas, but I figured "why not", so here is the result. Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman image can be found on one of the threads on forums.superherohype (in the Superman/Batman thread), Joaquin Phoenix as Lex was made by me, as was Grant Gustin as Flash, and I did make the Ben Affleck as Batman, but the costume is found here: www.comicvine.com/batman/4005-….
