Nintendo Avengers vs. Sega Justice League Ch 1

At a space lab, one of the scientists is explaining what their satellite has picked up and something else that's very surprising.

Scientist: Today marks the first day in our new hunt for other worlds. We've begun to identify the "Clone World Theory". This theory states that there are other worlds like ours, even having the same relation to their sun. Even the planets in their dimensions share the same traits as ours, such those being further away from the sun are colder and the ones that are closer are hotter. Their Earth is just like ours: just the right distance away from the sun. This means it can sustain life on it, just like ours.

One of the younger scientists rubs his head as he listens to the theory.

Scientist: The best part about this is we have finally discovered that planet. Soon, our station in Hawaii will send a transmission to our satellite, which in turn send a transmission to this new planet, which has been named "Planet N".

Young scientist: If there is life on that planet, and they come here, it's going to be like any other time a one civilization invades another's homeland. And we're the ones in the homeland.

Scientist: Ladies and gentlemen, prepare to witness the making of history. Begin transmission.

In Hawaii, their base begins to send the transmission to the satellite, which is about to make contact with the new world.

In a small lab in that world, Professor E. Gadd walks around, taking observation of the people working it it, until a familiar voice gets his attention.

Meta Knight: Professor E. Gadd.

He turns to see Meta Knight standing at the end of the hallway.

Professor E. Gadd: Still a very impressive lair you have here. I actually thought I was brought down here to get punished for something.

He gives a light chuckle and Meta Knight walks forward.

Meta Knight: I've heard a lot about the supposed worlds collide situation you have been studying. It's impressive to those in the scientific community.

Professor E. Gadd: Well, there's a lot for me to work with. The theory Tiff and Tuff prosposed to me, the idea that there's a gateway to another dimension. It's all unprecedented. Isn't it?

Meta Knight (walking): If there's one thing that I've discovered over the years is that history can tell us something, while history can tell us something else. But, once in a while, we discover something that belongs to both of them.

He opens a small box, and in it is the Tri Force.

Professor E. Gadd: The Tri Force. Why do you have this?

Meta Knight: It's just power, Professor. If we can somehow unlock it's true nature, maybe unlimited power.

Professor E. Gadd: Well, then. I guess that is worth a look.

In Cappy Town, Kirby is meeting with Kabu, who has very important information for him.

Kabu: You're right on time, Kirby. I've called you here because I've sensed the presence of another world that is upon us.

The two look up into the stars.

Kabu: You remember when I told you of a convergence. The alignment of two worlds is about to begin. This hasn't happened ever since you're arrival on this planet. Few can sense it, let alone see it. While it could be dangerous, it could also be beautiful.

Kirby gives him a confused look.

Kabu: Which means you and your allies should be ready at any moment.

On that planet, a train is speeding out of control.

Mayor: That train is moving along the mains, resulting in some of the pipes blowing up. If that pressure is reached, our water supply is going to blow up!

In town, two officers are trying to find a way to stop the train. They watch as the drawbridge is moved down in order to try to stop the train.

Officer: Who authorized this?

As smoke fills the air, he along with the other officers present watch as the black hedgehog known as Shadow tries to leap on the train to stop it. They also watch as his famous rival Sonic joins him.

Shadow makes it on and splits the train up, causing the first part of it to break off and fall into the city. Luckily, Sonic manages to stop the impact, and save someone on it in the process. The two hedgehogs watch as the train skids to a stop, and the mayor breaths a sigh of relief.

Shadow: Not bad. For you, at least.

Sonic just gives him a snarky smile and runs off, with Shadow heading in the other direction.

Sonic (To himself): I've always been getting faster and faster. I have to wonder why that is. I wonder if something is chasing me, and that's the cause of it. If it is, I wonder who or what is doing the chasing. I better ask Tails about this.

At Tails's home, he and Sonic discuss the situation, with Tails taking a cover off of a chalkboard.

Tails: As you can see, here are some of my thoughts on it.

Sonic: Some?

Tails: I've come to the conclusion that, since I've study space time is just another freeway we live in. If I'm correct, all that is needed is for one to find the highway and one could go through time.

Sonic: So, what does this have to do with my speed getting better?

Tails: Well, I believe that the reason your speed is increasing is because you are on the verge of time traveling.

Sonic: I'm still not following.

Tails: I can't say for sure why it's gotten the way it is, but should it continue, you could visit the past as well as the future.

Sonic: The funny thing is, I think I have already. The future part of it, at least.

Tails: Really? What did you see?

Sonic: If I'm remembering correctly, it has to do with us fighting another team of heroes. And that the world we live in wouldn't survive it.

Tails: Wow. If that's what your speed is doing now, I can't imagine what's going to happen if you get any faster.

Sonic: You're not concerned with that?

Tails: I am. Maybe there's a way for you to stop it.

Sonic: I hope so, buddy.

Later, Sonic is looking at pictures of him and his friends. Not just the ones he usually hangs out with, but with a group of heroes that he's apart of. Together, they stopped an invasion just a year ago. He begins to get flashbacks of that memory he was talking about with Tails, and finally snaps out of it when he sees another hedgehog outside. The dark figure runs off, and Sonic soon gives chase. Later, he finally catches up to him.

Sonic: You. I know you. You're Shadow's dark side!

Mephiles ignores him and takes off, but Sonic follows close behind. The two run through the city as Sonic tries to catch Shadow's doppelganger. His friends, on a monitor, watch as the chase unfolds.

Amy: Sonic, be careful!

Tails: I think he's going to reach that speed! Sonic, keep trying to catch him!

In the streets, Sonic yells as he nearly catches him. This will result in Sonic's glimpse into the future to come true.
